Howie Coro

As a Connecticut native, I have deep roots throughout
New England.

I grew up working in family-owned blue-collar contractor businesses, where I developed a strong work ethic, a respect for craftsmanship, and an early understanding of how things are built from the ground up. Following high school, I dedicated 13 years to military service, serving in both the United States Army and the United States Air Force from 2000 to 2013. I later continued my commitment to public service as a third-generation career firefighter and EMT with the State of Connecticut Military Department.

From an early age, I carried a strong entrepreneurial drive, which led me to establish and grow several side businesses, each reinforcing a mindset of continuous learning and problem-solving. Outside of work, I enjoy time in my home workshop, one I built myself, where I restore hot rods, woodworking projects, or enjoy some kind of motorsports. Above all, I am a devoted single father to two incredible children, who motivate me every day and keep my priorities grounded.

My role as a Commercial Real Estate broker has brought all these attributes together.  Leveraging my sharp critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with a deep understanding of building construction and project management. I serve clients with an ownership mindset. I don’t see myself as just a broker, but I put myself in their shoes, fully investing myself in protecting my clients’ interests and guiding them through complex decisions.

My responsibility is to provide you clarity, guidance, and protection, helping you avoid costly mistakes while identifying meaningful opportunities within commercial real estate. My intention is to build a long-term relationship rooted in trust, transparency, and shared success.

Beyond real estate, my mission is in public service. Supporting the growth and development of communities through the businesses and services they provide. By helping businesses succeed, we all strengthen the places we live,work and benefit from. I believe together, we can do great things through commercial real estate.
